How can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, we’re unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at support@mytempesta.com — while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!
Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please email us at support@mytempesta.com with your order confirmation number and original packaging on hand. Prescription medications cannot be refunded or returned.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Tempesta is not responsible for the following:
- Products that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Packages not arriving by an estimated delivery date.
Consultation with a Doctor or Specialist
We get it – life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know (via email or the patient portal) at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee. Late arrivals may also incur a fee, and you may be asked to reschedule to allow your provider enough time for your visit.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If canceled mid-cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for partial months.
